Does anyone know official announcement from CCP about turning education tutoring into non-profit. Last week news I come cross so far is only based on nothing!
non profit only for math, and some other, that are official needed for Examens and only till k9

Before deregistration we must see a decision of the general meeting of shareholders regarding the transformation into a non-profit entity. If the transformation into a non-profit entity will be voted, the same meeting will have to establish the price to be paid to the shareholders who will withdraw from the future non-profit entity .... :). But it is very probable that the shareholders will not vote for the transformation into a non-profit entity ....

TAL's own website literally says, " The Company expects the Opinion, related rules and regulations, and the compliance measures to be taken by the Company will have material adverse impact on its after-school tutoring services related to academic subjects in China's compulsory education system, which in turn may adversely affect the Company's results of operations and prospect."

It's just impossible to forbid to pupils to prepare to state exams. In Russia they would never do it.Non-profits scenario is impossible. I guess they will ban a lot of things but TAL and others will be able to continue working and earning money.Risk/reward at this price is good enough.
Non profits : mean you can spend unlimited money on payments for teachers. And on your company. But zero put in pocket as profit.
