This is a gambler's stock. First Citizens got the bank for fire sale pricing. This is not in their wheelhouse and SVB has lost some of its talent. It's going to take great leadership to get this company back on target.

Yes it can be relisted if it meets the criteria. It doesn't have to get back to $106. I'm not sure what the minimum requirements are.

SVB is now a subsidiary of FCNCA and has been recapitalized. SVB was made whole, deposits are insured by FDIC and FDIC shares losses on assets. SVB now benefits from strong Risk management. Highly recommend - but DIY due diligence.
