I don't understand all the selling of a solid  company that's about to begin a $0.24 quarterly dividend which is a 13% yield at current prices.

If it goes below $7.00, I'm dipping into my margin and loading up.  This is a crazy buying opportunity.  Low end analyst target price is $12.  Show me $6 and I'll sell the rest of my portfolio to double it in 12 months.

Trading outside of BB, oversold on multiple time frames using multiple indicators, yet it keeps selling off on low volume.  Sounds like a buy to me.
