I don’t fully understand what makes their products/services all that competetive or valuable after COVID restrictions lift. Printing your own stamps was a uniquely valuable capabilty during shut downs, but what value do they offer that sets them apart after shut downs? Ive scanned the internet as if i were a customer and cant find it. I see a bit of evidence that their potential customer base (small businesses) will grow in 1-3 years but thats it. Even their projected quarterly revenue are lower. Am i missing something?
