In addition, it offers hunting and shooting products, such as ammunition, archery items, ATV accessories, blinds and tree stands, decoys, firearms, firearms safety and storage products, reloading equipment, and shooting gear products; and optics, electronics, accessories, and other products comprising gift items, GPS devices, knives, lighting, optics, and two-way radios. Further, the company’s stores provide archery technician services, fishing-reel line winding, scope mounting and bore sighting, and cleaning services, as well as issues hunting and fishing licenses. Additionally, it offers various private label and special make-up offerings under the Rustic Ridge, Killik, Vital Impact, Yukon Gold, Lost Creek, and Sportsman's Warehouse brands. Sportsman's Warehouse Holdings, Inc. was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in West Jordan, Utah.

First, congratulations to all longs. I guess we know why the price was being kept low until now! Second, for those asking what to do, you have two options:1) You can hold on to your shares until the deal is official, likely several months away. You are promised $18 minimum, no matter what and the shares will turn to cash when it's done. 2) You can sell your shares. The price will likely reflect the risk of the merger being rejected by some unforeseen issue, so it will never get quite to $18 until it's a done deal. It is likely not to move much from now, although it should continue to slowly rise towards $18 until the summer.It is probably wisest to sell soon and find your next big winner, but the choice is yours. Great investing with you and GLTA!

This stock vs the share price makes no sense. It really should closer to 20 bucks based on earnings and revenue. I still feel like it will get there....hopefully in the next year.

I did business with this company for 20+ years when they were privately held. They were impressive then and I believe they have a bright future
