Continue to hold and add on dips for longer term play, at least that is what I have done to build a position from lower levels.  Price has done for the most part as outlined in my comment below.  I would be adding down at 2.18 if it gets there but targets are for a move higher.
And...today Jan 8 2020, added to longs at 2.18.  We'll see.  Good luck long or short.
Jan 13 2020 added to longs at 1.98
Yesterday price went to $2.33 and has now tested the line at $2.34 for a third time going  back to Sept.  A pause with a pull back here is not out of the question so as to gain momentum.  Price can gap or drive thru the line as buy stops would be sitting there. If the strong hands players are ready to move the price up then it would continue up, otherwise a pull back after that would be seen as a means to dump weak hands there and a sign there is still too much stock in the wrong hands.  Good luck all either way, long or short.

1.56, 1.71 and 1.95.  Will need a close over 2.34 for a target of 4.68, then 9.37

SWN issued 150 mill shares. another bear flag is breaking down. little chance for a sustained recovery.
Roku also issued shares and recovered the same day
