Looks like people know nothing about buyback and banks ......Don't worry. I can help you ..in June 2021 Credit Agricole SA is launching a buyback of up to 558.6 million euros ($680.5 million)..... The share price after dividends was 12.60 euros and before dividends 13.40 euros ....How much are they now ?  Very low ....BORIS IVANAV said it before but you don't want the truth
After 2 buybacks and 200% income rose the share price is less than in May. (Credit Agricole) .... Also I sold my SONG shares for 27 yesterday and very happy now.
Yes sir) buy lot of shorts for soc gen
Looks like you are waiting for 35 LOL This is real but after 2021 when interest rates go up
probably the buy back is already calculated in the curent prie:(
The bank confirmed it will launch a 470 million euro ($558.1 million) buyback in the last quarter.
Not agree, that current price included buyback moving. Socgen well managed bank, now its stock lowee than targets. I think 30-35 euro normal in buyback conditions
Massive buy back is coming, and its so good for stock price

SocGen is the major value stock in nowadays. The next earnings will surpass overwhelming the forecast. You will see in two weeks. I have no doubts about 38-39 in the next two quarters.
The Financials rally is about to begin. There is no alternative.
What do you think will happen to the stock price in the next period?
This Pandemic is over. I'm one of those who didn't want to be vaccinated. The cure is not read any news about it. This virus *****like others. We should look what Singapore is doing now.
Vaccines efficency going down with delta strain, new lambda stray, over 2000 variants, 30-40% of population in the world doesn't want to be vaccinated... Crises guaranteed for the next 3 years. Not priced in.
Good for long in invest portfolio
do you think it worths to entry for short ? for a week period or more please ?  best regards., Elon.
, in mine opinion , this stock ll be in volatility stay some time (covid risks, ecb actions), but only shorts verty risky in primary uptrend, but it my opinion
Where can we read about the analysts' preliminary report with the financial indicators for the 2nd quarter?
42 as correct goal
Crédit Agricole presently has a consensus rating of "Hold" and an average price target of $8.25. ..This is about € 13.24 ...Today price is € 11.90 ...Looks like it is VERY CHEAP !

Is this stock are shorted with big position it now?
When you look to this guys you don't what you are buying. You don't know what you bought in the first place. I don't take too serious this recommendations. It is just an opinion like they did in 2008.
For those wondering why SOCIETE GENERALE went up while CAC was down almost 2% , Morgan Stanley raised its opinion from Weighting online to Overweighting on Société Générale, with a price target raised from 23 euros to 32 euros, they said it has a great potential to go up compared to other banks , they also degraded CREDIT AGRICOLE thinking that it's already valued according to the market rebound . And by the way last week AlphaValue has confirmed its Buy recommendation and its target price of 34.4 euros on Societe Generale

I love 💕 this.
Be careful guys from biased media and internet articles , they are attacking this bank so bad because of whales shorting it but long us rates getting up killed them . Don't believe the media , during the pandemic there were no positive article about this bank and yet it went higher than bnp and credit agricole . You can believe great analysts from JP Morgan and Jefferies  putting 31€ as price target . I'm not considering the stock buyback by end of year alongside with great earnings and rates getting up . French 10 years bond are getting as low as 2018 when Societe generale was valued at 45€ per sahre. It's a very solid bank
Agree
I love 💕 this.
This bank will go even higher after stock buyback ( equivalent to 2,2€ per sahre )
What exactly will this program consist of for those of us who own shares?
this program will push the stock price higher because the bank will buy it's own stock with an equivalent of 2.2 euro per share , (the day the start buying the stock price will add up to 2.2 euro) . This will reduce amount of stock available to publics and rise the price (the less stocks the higher the price) and it will push short buyers away (short buyers bet on stock going down so the borrow stocks and sells them which push the price down and having such news push them away from this stock)
Do you know when this program will start?
Agree for 50 eur level closer
indeed
Great bank , well managed. After the results of 4Q this year the price will be around 55
I agree 55 by 2022
Good
38-40 by end of this year
to 42!
25
It looks like the price will stay in 20-23 range until earnings , meeting(18may) or some big major news...
i think it depends on the yields very much
, agree , and this bank plan big buy back in second half of year
, around 1b - buyback programm
