Siemens wanted to reward shareholders by hiving off certain unprofitable segment but minority shareholders stopped the distribution of rs.1800 Cr.as special dividend to all shareholders.Nit in the best interest of ordinary shareholders who deserve a bonus share @1:1 as justified by the reserves
