They are still under investigation from what I read for the wording in their openning IPO offering as untruthful. However they have proven to deliver on performance since.

they make money, best games in their niche imo, I don't understand their stock price

Actually the stock price is quite High. The PER seems to be around 15, but it is around 90, since the IPO Sciplay Corp has a noncontrolling interests of 82%. So, this amount of shares only represent the 18% of the company. Sorry for the late reply, but I studied this stock recently... I hope this helps
