reckless trader no, they haven’t bought 2M at $63 a share. This is fake information.They have converted limited stocks into ordinary shares (limited stocks they had bought between 2010 to 2019. I have checked all this sfuff in sec-fillings. Also, they still own big stake in the limited shares. If they convert these limited stocks to ordinary shares, they will have nearly 23% of Schrodinger. This sounds a bit positive, but it is important to understand that Gates didnt pay more than $17 per share.

reckless trader i am sure that sdgr stocks will go up and within 2 months will be above $100 but I dont like the fact that insiders (top managers and the company selling their shares constantly and that they have issued a lot under option programme with exercise price $3 or $4 per share.

mustard ray i am not sure that i have any nice suggestion at this time. I have no stocks except Schrodinger and recently bought VXX because i think in three month most of stocks will fall sharply (SP500 to 3700), so i was selling all stocks on 6-9 of april. I think SP500 is going up several days/weeks but i dont want miss profit i have already had.

Chingiz Beisenov no, i dont see any split. The problem is VXX is not VIX, VXX bur futures on VIX (for this month, and month ahead). I think it would be wise to wait a bit, VXX will fall under 9.30 (it is possible, if SP500 will slowly go up for 1 month).
