Why do so many big ETFS hold this dog.... ,the level of debt is ridiculous in a falling market ,the price to tangible book 115 ..So many big players own this tat .in what the poor people perceive to be safe property ETF s ..I smell a rat , the rat that has been stinking for years now , break the middle class ..
