can somebody explain me what is the difference between this stock and Class A Royal dutch shell? Thank you
I believe it's a matter of how the dividend is paid; A stock is subject to Dutch tax on the dividend, while B stock uses a different system. It shouldn't make much difference since most countries have systems to avoid double taxation; but I suppose the B stock might make it easier (thus it trades at a slightly higher price).
