if you are barely starting out I would study a stock for a week and also look at the 5 year and 3 month chart if it seems right, buy a share

Breakout to the downside... Their stores are 1/2 empty.. Not sure whats going on with them on the physical side... But shopping *******right now at Ross and used to be my fav store..
