Rogers and Company Limited, together with its subsidiaries, operates multiple businesses in Asia, Europe, Africa, and internationally. It operates through five segments: Finance & Technology, Logistics, Malls, Real Estate & Agribusiness, and Hospitality & Travel. The company offers actuarial, asset management, consumer finance, information technology, and payroll services, as well as credit, leasing, and hire purchase services. It is also involved in the activities relating to boat cruises, catamaran sightseeing, golf course, general sales agency services for airlines, hotel and spa services, online tour operators, and travel agencies, as well as operates hotels. In addition, the company offers courier services, freight forwarding, packing of special sugars, port related and transport services, shipping services and warehousing; and engages in agriculture and leisure activities, construction, and sale of villas; and property investment and rental pool management. Further, it provides airlines and ground handling services. Additionally, the company offers accounting, outsourcing, and tax and advisory services; and stevedoring services; and food services, as well as constructs sports complex and beach club for IRS homeowners association. The company was incorporated in 1899 and is based in Port Louis, Mauritius. Rogers and Company Limited is a subsidiary of Rogers Consolidated Shareholding Ltd.
