Secondary public offering is GOOD in this case. The funds will be needed for the DIALOG Semi deal. Therefore the share price should be not affected by that.The Math is easy: more shares = cash for acquisition = value added to the Renesas market cap. Dialog has good high EPS, I expect Renesas EPS will be also higher due to beneficial syergies.https://finance.yahoo.com/news/renesas-announces-issuance-shares-secondary-073300765.html
