This segment also provides video-based social entertainment applications, such as MeetMe, Skout, Tagged, and GROWLr content for users. This segment is also involved in operating Marktguru and wetter.com. ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in Unterföhring, Germany.

This company is has long been a respectable player in the media market and as such is supposed to command respect and trust. However, the scarce communication to investors since the stock peaked some 3.5 years ago since when it lost 75%+ of its value makes me doubt management's competence at least in managing shareholder expectations. The share price records a new 52-week low on average every third or fourth month on the monthly chart, none of which promtps any comment from the company. Disappointed with share price performance, disapponted with dividend, disappointed with transparency, disappointed with management.

Heavenly Birichino I think a short is never easy. What is the basis for the short thesis (other than the price history of the last 3+ years)? Reading management's comments on the quarterly report suggests a picture of rough waters they navigate with confidence believing that India is beyond the Atlantic.
