To make a brief summary of today's comments: - There are 16'4 M shares. - They fix prices on some products to mitigate commodity fluctuations. - As of today Rave resto. Group does not have restaurants but generates its revenue via royalties, supplier incentives, etc. However, they plan to open their own restaurants in the near future. - They have benefited from tax deferrals of 5.7M which has pushed the bpa up to 0.45, however, the actual bpa is 0.14. - Tax deferred means that if you have had losses in the past they are tax deductible (more or less). - Revenues have increased by 800k from 1'49M to 2'36M, or 58%. - Liabilities have decreased and assets have increased.
