They recently had a pipeline deal gone bad so they have a sold off more than the industry. I switched over to XOP. It ramps up even more than its constituents. Has nice volume. Solid trading vehicle.

Jay West PSX fared better than XOP last 2 weeks! remember that PSX is well diversified company, possesses gas stations and processing business like chemicals, natural gas too. XOP has a weighted mix in favour of crude oil so it is strongly correlated to crude price
