Andrea Faria Teixeira lowers Pepsico's price target to $176. This JP Morgan analyst has a 47% success rate in her predictions. That is, it is better to flip a coin than do what it says. Debt yields in downward trend. Around 4% on all debt yields. Pepsico 3% with dividend growth between 5%-20% annually. Furthermore, when you buy a stock like this you are not only buying the dividend yield, because you can find that in other stocks and with higher yields. You are buying a solid company that performs well in any economic environment as its track record demonstrates. In less than 5 years it should be above the current debt yield along with the security that the bullish stock price provides. The JP Morgan analyst doesn't do her homework well.
