  • The higher the defaults on loans, the greater the loss of the bank. There is currently no reason to buy the stock. In fact, a leveraged short position can be opened in the USA with interest rates that can be experienced in 2023 or after.

Refinancing wave will slow down and we will see regular eps mid 2021 and we will get normal or above normal eps untill 2023 as fed rate is expected to be ZER0 till then. 5-8 p/e. At 17eps will give $85-$136 price range

          • Phenomenal earnings, their earnings estimates will get raised from $10 to $16 in coming weeks. If they were valued at RKTs PE ratio they would be valued at $330ish. Tons of upside here, very under the radar.
