I see Terna (TRN) much safer than this, heading to 8€
This will go to OTC market. Revenue will be spent on paying interest to the banks for next 3~5 years.
AG mortgage MITT :4.92 Book Value per share and $4.76 Adjusted Book Value per share as of March 31, 2021, as compared to $4.13 and $3.94 as of December 31, 2020, respectively. Keep this or go there?
once options expire on 19 march 2021, the price can rebound from 2... it appears to aim at 2 because of large open interest on options with 2 strike price
price will approach two because most of the the open interest is high for march oprions calls and puts at 2 strike
When they were in chapter 11 they reached an agreement with the creditors to restructure the debt and in my view they came out strengthened from it
Can anyone explain to me what PEI debt restructure entails? generally with chapter 11 restructuring shareholders normally gets wiped out but it seems like this is not the case here. So who are the losers of the debt restructure? I mean the debt has to come out of somewhere, so who had to bear it?
Some financial institutions make money by buying up debt. I've not looked into this equity in depth yet. It just grabbed my attention about 3 days ago but that may be what happened here.

rip roaring back in business big time
when the judge approves their chapter 11 restructuring on 11/24, I think that this stock will quickly climb to $2+.
What happens if they wipe out shareholders? There might not be anything left for the commons.
not according to the research that I saw. it appeared that 95% of the creditors agreed on the restructuring that was proposed. the remaining 5% was one creditors and their main holdout issue was - they wanted a change in leadership within PEI.

I still think now is the time to buy in despite the low chance of a dividend. The property is underpriced.
There will be no dividend till 2023. The rent collections are under 20% and lots of outlets will have to be empty due to the defaults. Government needs to do something about it.
it will go up soon.
PEI will get back to $8. No doubt on passing the sanator bill just told by Nancy Pelosi US House representatives just now on Bloomberg interview.
US authorities are preparing bailouts for any industry and demanding the payroll in tact as the government package will cover whatever it costs as it's not the companies and employees faults. $2.2 Trillions will be deployed all over from tomorrow after the Congress approval and it's likely 99.99%.
Easter will be the absolute turning point according to BBC today. 10Minutes test kits are about to be approved by DFA.
