This will go to OTC market. Revenue will be spent on paying interest to the banks for next 3~5 years.

AG mortgage MITT :4.92 Book Value per share and $4.76 Adjusted Book Value per share as of March 31, 2021, as compared to $4.13 and $3.94 as of December 31, 2020, respectively. Keep this or go there?

once options expire on 19 march 2021, the price can rebound from 2... it appears to aim at 2 because of large open interest on options with 2 strike price

price will approach two because most of the the open interest is high for march oprions calls and puts at 2 strike

When they were in chapter 11 they reached an agreement with the creditors to restructure the debt and in my view they came out strengthened from it

Can anyone explain to me what PEI debt restructure entails? generally with chapter 11 restructuring shareholders normally gets wiped out but it seems like this is not the case here. So who are the losers of the debt restructure? I mean the debt has to come out of somewhere, so who had to bear it?

Some financial institutions make money by buying up debt. I've not looked into this equity in depth yet. It just grabbed my attention about 3 days ago but that may be what happened here.
