Hate to break it to you but just because Berkshire Hathaway has something in their portfolio doesn't mean it's guranatee for success. BTW Occidental is a very small component, only about 3-4% (!) in the total portfolio of Berkshire. That should tell you sg. So no, Im not smarter than WB but he's smart enough not to bet too much on a very risky asset.

I might have put it in a joking way but I do believe this is about to tank. It's my opinion, you can call it childish, I don't care. Neither technical nor fundamental clues point towards any meaningful gain in the forseeable future.
