Did you get divident like a month ago from OAS? Yeah...that's not divident, they sold your warrants because DriveWealth (which is used by Revolut) cannot hold warrants so they "had to" sell them :)

Something doesn't make sense. After Chapter 11 bankrupcy filing the company's stock should be affected because who else would buy their stock, right? But, see how much the stock skyrocketed, it is just not real, look like they are manupulating the price1 Is there anybody in the group know lawyers? We should have them investigated. Who should we report this kind of fishy activity to? Come on, if you loss money as I do, we need to do soomething. The CEO already left the company.

In my account, the old OAS shares is now listed as OASPW, each warrant is now worth $18.99, you go figure how much your old shares are worth now!!!! We are robbed in braod day light!

Ratio of conversion is 1:200. So every rise of 2$ above 90$ is makes your old stock equivalent value of 0.01$.. or if the stock goes to 110$ your old stock value equivalent is 0.10$

Are we actually going to get the warrants back on Revolut? Does this mean that 1share = 1 warrant when it hits 90$?

This is what I found online: "Once Chapter 11 bankruptcy is filed, the federal court appoints one or more committees that are tasked with representing and working with creditors and shareholders of the corporation to develop a fair reorganization. The corporation, along with committee members, creates a reorganization plan that must be confirmed by the bankruptcy court and agreed upon by all creditors, bondholders, and stockholders"1) Has anybody received and approved the reorg plan the company proposed? It says the shareholders should have agreed the plan2) By issuing the warrant to old shareholders the company tried to show to the court the company made good effort to minimize the damage to the old shareholders. Is the Warrant at $94 realistic? Can or has the share ever reached to that level to make the warrant worth anything or it is just a sham to fool the court.3) After the court ruling, is it still possible to dig up their dark secret like some posts mentioned the company tried to conceal their real assets and played some number game?Until we can get powerful lawyers to help us on the issue we will be sitting here to desperately watch those thieves spend our hard earned money on their luxury yachts, mansions, vacations…I can share the cost if somebody can locate a good lawyer

It gets even murkeir. The current ownership of the stocks is moving from OAS Dept holder to OMP. Which is headed by the same ex Conman CEO of OAS. So what they did was they split the company assests created a side company called OMP, liquidated OAS cleaning up all OAS share holders and transfered the company to OMP. Quite a game they have been playing.

So it means that OMP always had the ability to fill the gap of low oil price for the months of OCT and November. But once they realized the OIL price was about to shoot up they quickly filed for bankruptcy and finished the preplanned scheme of wiping the share holders within 30 days before the OIL Price shoots back up. All the while through the year stating that they are price hedged through the whole year. This would be interesting to see how this Ex CEO escapes investigation of colusion to defraud.

I think we need to find a loyer and sue them.. I lost a lot with the old OAS. I'm gonna look some advice regarding the action that should be taken

sharath naik i have no intention to buy their stock but simply to exercise my warrants then sell immediately (zero capital investment) to offset part of the old OAS losses... the question remains for me to determine at what stock level would i execute this exercise/sell transaction

Aouiri, can you explain a bit the warrants thng. Are we getting 1share = 1warrant? Example, if I owned 200 shares previous to bankrupcy will I get 200 warrants?

Sorry Intra Trader for late reply... No No ! the conversion factor is roughly 198 old OAS stock translating into 1 warrant. Example i used to have 39,000 old OAS that translated into 197 warrants. Each warrant has a value of 0,01 $ ... But a warrant gives you the right to buy a new unit of stock at $94 the unit (By doing so you exercise the warrant meaning you translates it into new OAS stock). This option of exercing the warrant is valid till Nov 2024. Past that time, the warrants become worthless
