btw, my $5000 investment in pmcb from 2 years ago is only $15 today.
I bought this garbage 2 years ago when it was a penny stock at 3 cents. recently they did a stock split to jump to nasdaq from otc.Stay away from this company. they have no product, no sale and just ripping off people.
This happens a lot now. Small stock up huge, then the next morning they announce a secondary. For anyone who had this, take it as a lesson learned. Even if they didnt announce an offering - if the stock is up 50,80,100, 130%, a 10% pullback is very easy. Can you afford or stomach a 10% pullback? Just trade the bigger stocks. Even if you could only do odd lots. Youll learn and make more money on the long run.
no. Not bad news. The company took advantage of the abnormaly high stock price to announce a secondary stock offering - to raise money. Not necesserijy for a bad reason. They use the new money for a variety of reasons. Problem is, that dilutes the stock. All those nee shares coming to market hits the stock. Happned to me twice. And i had more then i should have. You get sucked in because thry always have a great close. You need to diversify. - even with short term trading. No one bad event on any of your stocks shoukd destroy your portfolio. Spread it out.

And this is why i stopped trading small stocks. This garbage happened to me twice. Small stock up huge on big volume, quite often is ip thr next day. But these companies also take the opportunity to do a stock offering. I was tempted to take this yesterday, but didnt. This is such a kick in the teeth. Down 57%???? I really feel for anyone who had this.
