NVN Liquidation, Inc., a medical dermatology company, focuses on developing and commercializing therapeutic products for skin diseases. NVN Liquidation, Inc. has a license agreement with Sato Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.; and a strategic alliance with Orion Corporation. The company was formerly known as Novan, Inc. and changed its name to NVN Liquidation, Inc. in October 2023. The company was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Durham, North Carolina.
