      • Look at other data centre REITs in the US. Some of them have done 150x+ share price in 10/15 years. This is the beginning. 200MW signed a few days ago, leveraged to bitcoin upside, and bought Swedish data centres 100% renewable energy power today with 80% equity trading at a premium to NAV. Will be surprised if this doesn't at least do 10x price in a faster time horizon than other data centre REITs i.e. 12-24 months.
