Has anyone noticed that Virgin Orbit blew through money going right into bankruptcy, building rockets and preparing for a future they say is completely gone. There are many millions of dollars worth of rockets still not sold and intellectual property that must include patents and secret information. It has commercial and military value and Virgin Orbit still has assets, many mort than they just sold. My fear is the stockholders will just see it handed over to another party for a few million dollars to settle a debt. The stocjkholders have a right to recovery if possible and this property is the largest asset not a left over. Please join me in writing the bankruptcy court asking for the remaining assets to be weighed according to the more than billion dollars they cost, and that both the rockets and intellectual property be properly marketed for value so that we can recover investments.My best information: Chief Judge Colm F.
