ImmunityBio, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company, engages in discovering, developing, and commercializing next-generation immuno- and cellular therapies for cancer and infectious diseases in the United States and Europe. Ltd., and Viracta Therapeutics, Inc. The company is based in San Diego, California.
