Maridive and Oil Services S.A.E. provides offshore marine and oil support services for the offshore oil and gas exploration and production industry in Egypt. The company engages in the provision and operation of specialized vessels, such as anchor handling tug supply (AHTS), PSV vessels, multipurpose vessels, diving support vessels, mooring boats, barges, and offshore support vessels. In addition, the company engages in diving works; and the provision of construction support, pre-engineering survey, ROV inspection, and rig positioning services. Further, it provides oil spill recovery, fire-fighting, dynamic positioning, and 4-point mooring services, as well as engage in the supply, installation, and maintenance of marine navigation aids, such as buoys, navigation lights, etc. The company owns, operates, charters, and manages 65 marine units. Maridive and Oil Services S.A.E. was founded in 1977 and is headquartered in Port Said, Egypt.

Oil price soars, Tidewater (the world biggest player) jumped from 5.5 to 8 USD in 48 hours. The stock at the bottom. No more vessels in the pipelines, oversupply is diminishing in the market. Asset value is increasing after the Pfizer vaccine release. Stock is expected to move to 18 and 20 in the very short term Isa.
