Dr. A Sridhar, Practicing Company Secretary, resigned as a secretarial auditor of the Company for the FY 2022-23, due to surrender of his practice and his decesion to pursue other Profession. In view of the above, Dr. A Sridhar is not longer associated to the Company as a secretarial auditor for the Fy 2022-23. Further, Ms. Neha Pamnani, Practicing Company secretary appointed as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the FY 2022-23.

Friends India is on its way to become a 5 trillion dollars economy and good days are ahead. As per dec 2021 share holding pattern promoters were holding 4 percent and fii were holding 2 percent but still that time price was at its peak of rs 110. friends dont worry when now the fii holding has come down from 16 to 9 percent. See details in screener site. The real promoter holdings are masked for you to sell. Good operator holding will take bcg to rs 300 plus which is its real value. Dont sell below rs 300. forget that you have bcg in your portfolio then then. cheers.

Delivery percentage is high for the last week and Mutual funds are increased their holdings and so big move is expected this week. please forget about ASM stage because patanjali is the example for us. Good company having huge potential and so wait up to Rs.120 level to book your profits. This is my personal opinion and kind request to you all and the rest you please.

Every mutual fund house has added BCG, the results are out and pouring. Mutual funds do not have their own money but their clients money. They are accountable and they have a team of experts for research. BCG will be one stock in their big portfolio, hence the quantity is low. But their entry and increase in BCG will bring more DII and FII, taking BCG to the next level. The increase shows their solid research and faith in BCG in the noise of FA etc. Big positive development for BCG.
