Liontown is not pumping stock by announcing a sheet agreement for any purpose of scamming shareholders. A sheet agreement simply means that Lion agrees to produce lithium at a specific quantity and for the term of 5 years. I am not sure that Aussie law considers it an enforceable agreement, but it's a win--win deal for both parties. (there is scam).

A binding term sheet for supply of lithium is bascally worthless. An agreement would have been more valuable, a pity it was corrected to a term sheet. Bit of misinformation to pump up the stock.
