Lazard Global Total Return and Income Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return, consisting of capital appreciation and income. The Fund pursues its investment objective through a combination of two separate investment strategies: Global Equity Investments and Currency Investments. The Fund’s global equity portfolio is invested in approximately 60 to 80 United States and non- United States listed equity securities of companies (including those in emerging markets) with market capitalizations greater than $2 billion. It invests in various sectors, including information technology, consumer discretionary, industrials, healthcare, financials, consumer staples, sovereign debt, communication services and materials. The Fund's investment manager is Lazard Asset Management LLC.
