A plan to use gas stations as charging facilities for electric and hydrogen vehicles will be promoted. The Ministry of Environment and the Korea Environment Corporation announced on the 14th that they will sign a business agreement with six companies to expand charging facilities for future cars at Lotte Hotel in Jung-gu, Seoul on the 18th.

It keeps going up, but it feels like it's getting slightly pressed today. I think today is the time to buy. with a month or so left before the dividend fall I think it's going to keep going up.

There is enough value in the future. Korea still lacks gas station infrastructure. It's the best business to expand the gas station infrastructure.

I don't think it's gonna hurt. The other REITs are rentals in buildings and pay dividends for them, so in Corona these days, they can be dangerous because of vacancies. But Koramco is connected to a gas station, so I don't think he's going to be affected by the corona. Corona has reduced the number of people using public transportation. Then, if it's not public transportation, it's probably non-face-to-face I don't think that's going to hurt a lot at the gas station, and I don't think the rent at the gas station will be reduced.

The Ritz, which has been marginalized by Covid19, is gaining vitality! Most of the REITs listed this year were below the initial public offering price...It's going to break through the initial public offering soon! The dividends are stable. It's okay. I think more people will be attracted to Ritz if we pass the initial public offering price.

Ritz, which has been struggling with growth stocks this year, is proving its excellent yield defense against the KOSPI's recent fall. According to the Korea Exchange and Samsung Securities on the 4th, while the KOSPI fell 5.54 percent at the end of last month (21-25), the stock price of listed REITs in Korea fell only 0.3 percent. Analysts say that as growth stocks such as Untact have been driving the stock market, they have been adjusted as much as they have been lowered, and as the fourth quarter approaches, interest in dividend stocks is increasing.

Regarding Koramco Energy Plus REITs, SK Securities said, "We expect a stable dividend yield of 6% per year as REITs aim at all three things: stability, profitability, and growth." Shin Seo-Jeong, a researcher at SK Securities, said, "Asia's first listed REITs are land, buildings, and structures at 187 gas stations across the country. Due to the location of gas stations, it is expected that they will be developed as commercial and residential properties in the future." In other words, Shin explained that Hyundai Oilbank (the share of total rent 83 percent) has signed a 10-year mandatory contract, is expected to develop the site as a permanent REITs and reorganize its portfolio centered on the Seoul metropolitan area and that the value of the site is expected to rise further considering the investment performance of Koramco Asset Trust (AMC).
