This is a long term hold IMO just because of the dividend still being around 6.5 even with the gains over the last 2 years.

perhaps! the payout ratio of this company is completely unsustainable! no company can sustain a payout ratio of 100%! add to that a current ratio of .49%, and the company can easily find itself in a position of being unable meet its short term obligations, in which case the company significantly decreases its payout ratio to save cash.

too much debt and leverage when oil prices tanked (starting 2014). they clean up balance sheet since, mlp to corp. dividend should be safe
