The final news is as follows; On December 7, 2020, Old COPPER Company, Inc. (OTCMKTS: CPPRQ), formerly known as J. C. Penney Company, Inc. (OTCMKTS: JCPNQ), completed the sale of substantially all of its retail and operating assets to Penney OpCo LLC, an entity controlled by Simon Property Group and Brookfield Asset Management, Inc. Penney OpCo LLC is a private company doing business as JCPenney outside of the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process. ---- So do these Holdings have our Stocks in the endrun?!?
Same here. E-trade sent me a message today that they have expired and have been removed from your account. 7500 shares. JcPenny/Old Copper Copy/Whatever made $11bil last year and had so many outstanding shares being held at $0.127 per share at closing.. The only way I could see everything being worthless is if the company was boarded up doors closed, but yet they are still open?? And making money??? Yet keeping other people's money??? PAY YOUR INVESTORS THEIR MONEY!!!
Stock/shares/value disappeared from TD Ameritrade.  I think they are betting on us staying quite whe they owe 12.7 cents per share.  If you buy a company, you have to pay out its owners. Can't ignore the little guy that owns 5 percent for instance because he doesn't have pull.

a share can be delisted for several reasons ... I would think that the closing price of 0.127 usd will be paid out per share ... the new owner can then freely dispose of the values ​​that are in the company
