I don't know how remote working will affect dublin property where most of these reits property is based. it will long term effect rents charged particularly beacon quarter where they charge a massive 3k per month. that's ridiculous rent as I live nearby .

cheaper property is badly needed. as a landlord this is also a good thing as can get better rental yield when prices are cheaper. I just have to be careful I don't get into too much debt.
