    • According to statistics on cso. Ie irish property has risen 35% since 2015 when this reit was set up. Buying this reit is like paying a 15% premium to acquire a home. You wouldn't do it in real life.

      • The two apartments that I bought in 2015 have appreciated 55% which was a much better investment than any reit at least in theory. But this reit was showing a return of 83% in March. Until somebody tells me otherwise I consider the Irish stock exchange a scam. I believe I am not the only one who h as lost money investing in it. Better stick to pension funds or index investing.
