So I looked back and found out that 100% of stocks increase in value after they reach their 52 week low. BY definition stocks have to go up WHEN they reach their 52 week low. The question is at what level will INTC bottom.

This is just a foretaste for Intel:Chip stocks, which led the slide in tech a day earlier, were also on the back foot. Micron (NASDAQ:MU) reported mixed quarterly results as revenue fell short of Wall Street estimates, while guidance was also softer than expected. Micron's weak outlook sparks concerns of chip down cycle. For the fiscal fourth quarter, Micron sees EPS in a range of $1.43 and $1.83 on revenue of $7.2 billion, give or take 400 million. Wall Street consensus had called for EPS of $2.69 on revenue of $9.31 billion.

You mean the wave that has been going on for 2 years now, where Intel was the only company according to IDC that had negative growth? And now that the cycle is provenly (AIFs, MU, IDC, Gardner) in its upturn you are starting to baang the drum? Insight has a valid point and you dont. The impact of the upcoming downturn on Intels guidance is undisputable. There is still a long road ahead for Intel in terms of reaching its bottom.

@insight Slow down, you mean to tell me earnings get revised down as recession are made more certain? How smart are you. Can we be honest, NVDIA and AMD made their money from Etherium Minners and other crypto. Their stock price track Etherium extremely closely. INTC never really benifited by Crypto, but did benifit from the pandemic increasing home computer needs and the extra houshold income. Yes Intel is going to make less money due to supply constraint and the recession. The question is at what point is it over sold. Even though Nvidia and AMD have products that are interesting, most of their money comes from GPUs. Etherium is dragging down AMD and NVDA, which is dragging down INTC. IF and when eth rebounds, NVDA and AMD. There is no logical reason why INTC should be this low. AGAIN we all know earnings will be down, The stock price reacted LONG ago to the decrease in earnings.

AMD did never really directly benefit from the crypto boom. They only benefited indirecty from it because nvidias gpus werw difficult to get. But discrete gpus were at no point the main driver of AMDs succees the last years. APUs and EPYCs were the main growth driver. As long the demand for epycs is dozens of times higher than its supply AMD has barely too fear anything especially not the end of the crypto boom. Apart from that Intel does also participate with asics products in bitcoin mining. What a shame though that once again they are too late to the party. But this only shows that you have no real understanding of the market. Nor Intel, Nvidia or AMD.
