IGO Limited is engaged in discovering, developing and delivering products critical to clean energy. Through its upstream mining and downstream processing assets, the Company enables technologies, including the electrification of transport, energy storage and renewable energy generation. The Company’s Nova Operation is located in the Fraser Range, approximately 160 kilometers (km) east-northeast of Norseman, 360 km southeast of Kalgoorlie and 380 km from the Port of Esperance in Western Australia. Its Forrestania Operation is located approximately 400 km east of Perth in Western Australia. The Company’s Cosmos Project is located approximately 30 km north of Leinster in Western Australia. Its Lithium Joint Venture is focused on developing and operating upstream and downstream lithium assets in Greenbushes Lithium Mine, located approximately 250 km south of Perth, Western Australia and a lithium hydroxide refinery in Kwinana, located approximately 35 km south of Perth, Western Australia.
