Hayleys PLC operates in the manufacturing, agriculture, and services sectors worldwide. It offers coconut fiber products, such as brush ware, floor coverings, and coir fibers; gloves for industrial, household, and medical use; erosion control, growing media, and horticulture products; mattresses in rubberized coir, spring, and foam shape; knitted fabrics; and aluminum extrusion products. It also owns and manages tea and rubber estates; and provides crop production and protection products, processed vegetables and fruits, animal health products, fertilizers, agricultural machinery and equipment, and pest management products, as well as landscaping solutions, hybrid flower seeds, and horticultural tissue culture products. In addition, the company offers consumer durable, FMCG, and lighting products; travel agency and destination management services; operates and manages resorts, as well as The Kingsbury, a five-star city hotel; and provides life sciences, medical, analytical, scientific, and testing equipment, as well as consumables and services. Further, it operates hydro, wind, and solar plants; and offers transportation-related services, such as freight management, integrated logistics, projects and engineering, marine, and energy services, as well as acquires, develops, leases, and sells properties and contractors for constructions. Additionally, the company provides business process outsourcing services; insurance brokering services; aviation services; and solutions for building systems and information communication technology infrastructure. It also manufactures and supplies architectural aluminum joinery systems; and offers consumer financing, investment, and marketing services. Hayleys PLC was founded in 1878 and is headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
