HAL currently traded at EV/EBITDA 2020 - 9.5. Normal level for oil services companies was 5.5-6.5.  Traders are crazy - HAL is 40% overpriced now.

Every stock move in its own cycle. most of oil related stocks had bottom up before oil WTI hit negative this month.
Oil prices will be moving up strongly  in May.
