I’ve actually met him and he’s humble and down to earth, but when it vomes to his business and his business model he’s all in and he is very competitive. Im accumulating on the dips below $3.50.

My goodness. All we can do is hold. If it goes to zero, then tough lesson. I really think we have to wait until after the recession and the next mortgage low rate cycle. 100% guess but may be 18 months or more.
