Trafco Group B.S.C., together with its subsidiaries, trades in food products primarily in the Kingdom of Bahrain and other Gulf Cooperation Council countries. The company operates through seven segments: Wholesale Operations; Retail Operations; Investments; Dairy Products and Beverages; Fruits and Vegetables; Storage and Logistics; and Livestock. It engages in the production, bottling, and marketing of sweet drinking water and beverages under the TYLOS, Selsabil, MARWA, and Cloud9 brands; import and distribution of canned, frozen, and dry and nonfood products, as well as general commodities, eggs, livestock, and chilled and frozen meat; provision of storage and logistics services; and trading of fresh fruits and vegetables, and other food products. The company also produces and supplies fruit juice and drinks, and fresh milk under the Noor brand; UHT milk under the Awal brand; and ice creams under the Fabion brand. In addition, it provides bananas under the Chiquita & Fruits brand names; and produces and supplies tomato paste. Further, the company invests in quoted and unquoted securities; and operates a chain of supermarkets. The company was incorporated in 1977 and is based in Manama, the Kingdom of Bahrain.
