if the rate doesn't come down! I would advise that you move to crown land/ indigenous communities and rent out your property while seeking better feasible building opportunities

isnt it intresting how the housing rate went up 70% right after this political pandemic of employment and population control. does anyone wanna talk about climate control or are we going to continue to watch the news for our economic system information updates.
