Unfortunately, no! Following completion of the Sale, Farfetch Limited expects that holders of its Class A and Class B common stock and its convertible notes will not return any of their outstanding investments in Farfetch. Farfetch Limited is also expected to be delisted from the NYSE and liquidated.
