Ezdan meeting have been postphoned from 28th March 2022 to 30th March 2022 i.e. on Wednesday. Expected to have positive results on the financials as well as they might discuss about the new projects and the completed projects. These completed projects will have a very good impact on the current year 2022 financials.

Meeting on 28-03-2022 for disclosing the financial statement for the last Quarter and for the whole year. If you see the profits QOQ it has increased drastically compared to 2020 & 2019.

Buy Ezdan. Its undervalued as well the financials for 2021 will be extremely good. Expected for dividend to be recommended for 2021. Expected to reach 2.5 riyals within a month. Long term it will benefit more. Start accumulating at the CMP.

undervalued stock with lots of value from fixed assets (real estate). This stock is not a secure dividend play but good long term asset investment. Specially that Ezdan Holding is one of the largest owners of real estate in Qatar. Given the high cost to directly own real estate in Qatar, this stock gives young investors an opportunity in this sector without having to put millions of Qatari Riyals.
