Do you have any idea/updates on the market downturn in the near future?
As predicted earlier buy @3.9 now it become 5.1🙂
Hi ... can someone explain ...why emaar properties not going up
2.5 is a price you will not probably see for the next 10 years or ever. 4 dh is still very undervalued. See today the price now, 4.71. The book value is around 9 dh.
now reached at 8..did u sell or not?
now its true
seems like bearish flow, got support @4.09 n may expected to reach 3.92 for intraday
Shoul i wait for 3.92 to buy?
down to 3.8 in 2-3 wks then up to 15 in one year
Very optimistic, however i belive it will reach to 8 dh in one year.
I think EMAAR will retrace first before continue to bullish
Check my analisys https://invst.ly/viywc
They have so much debt, and no one is buying their properties. The share will fall back to AED 2.00.
You information is totally wrong. Read their statement. Plus, their sales for the first 5 months of 2021 is record high.
Their name is on damn near every building in Dubai, I love it
what is next target price ?
No 1 knows
thats bearish for now
8
Emaar price soon will touch the next target bcos of foreign investors..
Emaar is very bullish it was a good buying chance today. Those of you have missed the train tomorrow will be a last chance.
Emaar sold sky view tower for 750 million plus deal yesterday. That also from a foreign fund. It's a huge bumper deal for 2021. It clearly shows interest of foreign buyers in UAE market.
I think Emaar will jump to 4
It has a very good chance, if you are a long term investor buy emaar now and keep it till 2020 exhibition you have make good profit. Check out my insta for daily updates - stalkstock
I think now Emaar bounc back like 3.02 within week
why do you think that!! its very bullish a correction is due tho but i dont think it will be that deep, even after negative news about emaar it managed it well and closed in green. Check out my insta for daily updates - stalkstock
Emaar is currently under selling pressure very important support at 2.55 level. If current levels dont hold we should see a bounce from 2.55 area. For daily updates check on my insta Stalkstock
it will test the neckline again at 2.86 then we will have to see the next move. As long as it holds above 2.66, it is still bullish and possibly test 3 dirhams back.
well on daily chart we cant say its still bullish yes on weekly basis still there is a chance. But looks like more selling pressure
agreed, I was hoping to see some strong rebound at 2.65 but doesn't look like so far. I think it will get back to 2.55 support and very likely it will rebound from there. I highly doubt it could break the 2.55 support.
WE WILL SEE 1.25 DIRHAM/ SHARE  IN FEW MONTHS. MARK MY WORDS. PRICE TODAY 2.95 .
Sam I will buy the whole company for 1.25 aed

I sold most of my Emaar shares @ 2.80 but still holding small quantity from 2.6 level; unlucky me I sold early because I was worried about massive drop in oil prices which seem to be holding well so far. Hope I can get some more at 2.8 area.
dont worry its now retracing and should go up again. check out my video on insta page  stalkstock i post daily analysis on DFM

Emaar in egypt, it's subsidiary
Hello, I hope you are all well and safe! With the breakout on Thursday, I thought I would update my chart and share my thoughts in this forum. On Thursday the downward channel was broken with relatively high volumes. Based on my analysis which is usually driven by price action, Fib levels, moving averages and overall trend, I believe Emaar will next target 2.75 to 2.80 levels which would be very strong resistance points. If you have bought the accumulation below 2.60 level as I suggested in my earlier comment, look to take partial profits within the next run. My analysis > https://invst.ly/rptsr. Once again, this is not a trading advice but rather an update so we can hopefully have a constructive discussion. Good luck :)
My analysis > https://invst.ly/rptsr
time to buy ,will hit 4.DH soon
Any thoughts here? Will there be a dividend payment?
