                        • * PROS:Ebang International Holdings is not owned by hedge funds. CEO Dong Hu, who owns 30% of the shares, is the largest shareholder. For context, the second largest shareholder owns about 4.2% of the outstanding shares, followed by 2.9% of the shares of the third largest shareholder. After examining our ownership data, we found that the top 25 shareholders collectively own less than 50% of the share register, implying that no individual has a controlling interest.* MINUSES:It is not clear why MM pulls the paper to the bottom. Either for takeoff or delisting from Nasdak. The report was bad. We do not know what is in the mind of the leadership.* SHORT: There are almost none. 0.67 is almost nothing. I could be wrong, but I think stocks should skyrocket. Or we will all fall to the bottom.

                              • Wall street journal put out an article listing several companies as crypto plays and wirhout proper due diligence listed this Turd as a mining machine manufacturer. EBON can’t sell their machines for a couple of years now. They are outdated and slow. So they concucted this ponzy scheme that they are now running a crypto exchange and sucked out $600million in multiple offerings. Way to go WSJ!!!!
