In any case, they can always reorient their ships to some other market in due course; I'm sure they have contingency plans by now. By the way, this company is taxed as a corporation not a partnership, their website says, so taxes aren't complicated.

Actually, it seems that the latest presentation from March 18 says "the Partnership is in compliance with all applicable US and EU sanctions" and "Current U.S. and E.U. sanctions regimes have exempted LNG shipping operations and do not materially affect the business, operations or financial condition of the Partnership". Therefore this company is worth 3x ($11 per share) based on its current and average EPS of around $1.1 per share.

This company does (used to do?) a lot of business in Russia and those relationships are not favourably affected by recent events, so I have no clue why people are buying this and not rather something like GLOP which is (1) only held 29% by insiders, (2) is also very cheap, (3) is also an LNG shipper, (4) is also taxed as a C corp, and (5) is on track to make around $1 (i.e. GLOP's value is probably around $10) but is priced at $5.17 today.
